Effective sales invoices: You can create sales invoices in your accounting software or billing system and send those via an interface to our invoice center and we will help you to deliver invoices as e-invoices, to internet bank, via regular post or email.

Timesaving purchase invoices: You can direct all your incoming invoices to Omniva’s invoice center. We will digitize pdf and paper invoices and convert them into digital format, we will add a copy of the original document and forward it to your invoice center account. In invoice center you have a clear overview of all the invoices and their statuses.

Convenient e-confirmation: Invoices can be automatically redirected from the invoice center to the confirmer´s workflow, so they can confirm invoice whenever they like, around the world. Confirmer´s will receive an email with a link that directs them to confirm the invoice. During the confirmation round, it is possible to add accounts, dimensions and other characteristics to the invoice.

Smart e-cost reports: With an e-cost report you can submit a cost report immediately after making a purchase. Just take a picture of the receipt with your smartphone, fill in the report in the app and in the blink of an eye it’ll be in the invoice center system, where they will be stored according to requirements for up to 8 years.
