Quretec’s team consists of multidisciplinary research people from biological, computer science, bioinformatics and statistics backgrounds. Quretec, together with Department of Computer Science (University of Tartu), forms a joint bioinformatics, algorithmics, and data mining group BIIT. The main research topics and capabilities include gene regulation, gene expression data analysis, biological data mining, systems biology, combinatorial pattern matching, developing software for biomedical research databases, as well as partnering in stem cell and cancer related projects.

Qure Data Management Platform – Quretec’s main product, Qure Data Management Platform, can be used for collection, handling, and analysis of data under high quality, security, and robustness requirements. The platform allows rapid deploying of complex studies, registries and statistical surveys, clinical trials, rich metadata (including file attachments), etc. The full IT solutions can be built using existing software by merely designing the data models and descriptions, and configuring the software.
Qure Data Management platform is well-suited for national medical registers (cancer, HIV, tuberculosis, birth and causes of death registries in Estonia), biobanks (Estonian Genome Center), clinical trials data management, feasibility studies, and national statistics (Estonian Population and Housing Census, Agricultural Census etc.).

Clinical Trials Data Management – Quretec offers clinical trials data management, statistical analysis with applicable CRF design. All the appropriate documentation is provided by us according to FDA and other regulations. The databases are generated by experienced data managers who have worked with several eCRFs and already know the critical parts of the electronic data capture system design and data collection. This allows the eCRF to be built in a short period of time. eCRF validation and testing is compulsory part of the design. Data collection is made easy by the intuitive and user-friendly Electronic Data Capture System which is used by the investigators for data entry and by the CRAs for data review. Online data entry and monitoring allows you to get access to the monitored data during the study and generate interim reports with already collected data. The system generates automatic audit trail for data tracking and security.
